Open the generator with this type pre-filledFree, no signup, runs in your browser. The QR is generated on your device, never sent to a server.
When to use it
Print on a table tent so guests scan instead of handling a physical menu
Add to a hotel room card linking to room-service, spa, and amenity PDFs
Use on a postcard or flyer to send people to a downloadable brochure or catalog
Tips for clean scans
Host the menu on a stable URL — if you change the link, all printed QRs break
PDF menus work but HTML pages load faster on cellular — convert if you can
Include a "view as webpage" fallback URL on the same QR by using a URL shortener that auto-detects the user agent
Common questions
Can I encode a PDF directly without a URL?
Not in a static QR — a multi-page PDF is too large to encode efficiently. Host the PDF and link to it.
What if the link changes after printing?
All existing QRs break. To edit-after-print, use a redirect service (e.g. your own short domain or a service like Bitly).

WiFi QR code
Encode your network name, password, and security type in a QR. Guests scan once and their phone auto-joins — no more typing long WPA passwords on a tiny keyboard.
Event QR code
Encode an iCal VEVENT with title, start/end, location, and description. A scan opens the user's calendar app with the event pre-filled and one tap adds it.
